This person’s duties include but are not limited to application administration, end-user support, training, troubleshooting and documenting the business process and procedures.A qualified candidate must have a proven track record of excellent customer service and professional client interactions and experience in applying in-depth technical support and detailed product knowledge to proactively provide technology and administrative support for all internal applications and technology products.QualificationsOne (1) to Three (3) years of business application experience or Information Technology and familiarity with current business analysis principles and practices; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experienceExcellent analytical, verbal communication and writing skills Self-starter able to manage multiple competing demandsProficient at reviewing and editing documentation High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Yardi experience a plus.Experience with custom reporting and/or Business Intelligence solutionsDemonstrated ability at leading solutions that solve business problems; ability to influence the opinions, approach of business and IT team membersExperience creating documentation for end users, processes and proceduresYardi report writing skills a major plusIn-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software is requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
