We negotiate every deal as it were our own, that's the Standard Promise.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Real Estate Brokers with exceptional customer service skills and strong sales abilities to join our team.Duties and Responsibilities:Generate leads through advertisements, referrals and follow-up correspondenceRespond to phone/text/email inquiries and convert them to appointments/toursQualify and determine needs and preferences for prospective tenants and refer them to the appropriate apartment community/unitConduct searches utilizing our internal database as well as the multiple listing serviceConduct showings of unitsConduct periodic open house eventsSubmit rental applications for approval which includes collecting of supporting documentation, collection of application fees/holding fees and submit to processing department for reviewObtain exclusive rental listings using our listing referral programSend thank-you cards/emails and perform follow-up correspondenceOffer exceptional customer service to every client/agent/employeeMeet all sales goals as established by the Director of Sales and OperationsQualificationsHigh school diplomaAt least one year of customer service experienceAt least one year of sales experience Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsMust be willing to travel to various communitiesReliable and presentable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance requiredLaptop (PC or MAC) and smartphone are requiredMust have leasing/broker’s license or ability to obtain one within 120 daysMust become member of the Chicago Association of RealtorsAdditional informationAdditional InformationPlease note that this is an independent contractor position -- 100% commission based with unlimited earning potential.
