URGENTLY SEEKING RECEPTIONISTS! JOIN OUR TEAM AT THE HONOLULU PET CLINIC! We're not listing a big skill set or duties because we'd rather focus on who we are and how crucial reception is to us. If this speaks to you, please apply whether or not you have experience. BUT first, Who Are We? Our team consists of a tight and extremely diverse group of individuals. What unites us is the integrity AND ability to do right by the pet. Our pet parents are also a very diverse group, everyone is welcome and included. At The Honolulu Pet Clinic, our receptionist are triage, concierge, fixers, finance and overall air traffic control, all while delivering the most personal and personable care to pets and their parents. We see an amazing mix of well and sick pets, making the schedule very fluid and challenging. So this is a tall order, and we know it. Our pay rate and benefits reflect this. And we are happy to cross-train for assistant and technician roles if and when you want. Or for management-you decide. Literally everyone is hiring, so why join us? We are a privately-owned small animal practice. In other words, not corporate. This doesn't mean we don't have top-notch resources like a fully-stocked in house lab and pharmacy, and a Snyder ICU unit because we do. Not being corporate means we can do what we want when we want-raises, new protocols, new technology, monthly production bonuses, paid birthdays and a fridge, freezer and cooler stocked with staff treats 24/7 . And we seek out and value your input whether you have worked with us for 20 minutes or 20 years. .
