Company DescriptionHome 4 Sale Realty Inc is looking to hire a Site Manager. A Site Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client's HR function. This is a management position with key responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results.More senior construction managers will take responsibility for an entire project and may be known as the project manager or project director. More junior site managers may take responsibility for only a part of a project.You must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams.managing all aspects of client contingent workforce.Job DescriptionUnder general supervision of project owner, oversees total construction effort to ensure project is completed within scope, budget and schedule.Submits regular progress updates for incorporation into master plan/schedule to provide variance analysis reporting.Works with Project Manager in managing risks and assists in establishing project recovery plans. Ensures recovery plans are carried out.Responsible for the implementation of the Site/Task Specific Safety Program at location, including the creation of each task order required Site Specific Accident Prevention Plans (APP) & Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).Designated on-site competent person and Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), as defined by The Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1.Conducts daily safety and health inspections; Conduct mishap investigations and complete required reports; Maintains the OSHA Form 300; Maintain a safety and health deficiency tracking system that monitors outstanding deficiencies until resolution; Ensure sub-contractor compliance with safety and health requirements.Establishes, modifies, implements and monitors systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflowConfers with company and airport project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems while ensuring that all problems are responded to or escalated within predefined time constraints.Confers with project personnel to provider or receive technical advise and resolve problems.Monitors daily activities of the airport operation as well as all systems daily to ensure continued 24/7 operationDevelops and maintains technical and project documentation and coordinates all corrective and preventive maintenance, quarterly maintenance, and daily and out-of-hours work to ensure all support levels are maintained.Ensures efficient and effective delivery of support services to the client base and coordinates cross-team interactions to ensure service levels are maintained.Ensures that all problems are recorded in the NOVO trouble ticket systemMaintains the Site Support Workbook and stores it on the SharePoint siteEnsures that all Airport or Amadeus documentation is updated and stored on the SharePoint siteDevelops quality assurance test plans and directs or performs the quality assurance testingTrouble shoots any and all issues using analytical skills, problem solving techniques, time management skills and escalate for help when needed.Must adhere to the airport authority contract and work hoursSubmits Daily status reports each day, at the end of each shift, and the reports are to be sent to designated Amadeus management and designated Airport Authority staff.If Site Manager does have subordinates, Site Manager is to supply Weekly Status Reports to Management and subordinates are required to supply Daily Status Reports to Site Manager.Reviews monthly ticket reports for correct troubleshooting and resolution contentFollows up with other Amadeus staff on outstanding/open tickets.Maintains a backup of all pertinent hardware OS and software systemsMaintains a backup of all pertinent hardware OS and software systemsQualificationsBachelor's Degree required; Degree in Occupational Health & Safety preferred.5-7 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in the commercial and/or industrial Building Construction Industry.5 years of continuous experience in construction safety inspection and administration with similar large-scale projects.30-hr OSHA Construction Safety Class within the past 5 years and demonstrated continuing Safety training thereafter (8 hour per year).Must possess excellent coordination skills and the ability to supervise simultaneous large project activities.Knowledge of PC and Server operating systemsPeripheral communication knowledge (serial and TCP/IP)Networking skills including but not limited to physical and logical LAN, WAN and RoutingKnowledge of highly available designs for mission critical applicationsExperience with Virtual machine solutions including VMware Workstation, Player and ESX ServerMachine duplication or imaging and remote installation technologiesUnderstanding of application server technologies – ie.
