Overview:
We are seeking a skilled person to join our team. As a Weatherization Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various energy saving measures at the customer's home. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in glass replacement, drywall repair/replacement, door installation and familiarity with electrical, plumbing and natural gas appliances (furnace, water heater, and stoves). Duties:
- Install energy saving weatherization measures according to installation standards
- Perform all assigned installation tasks and tests
- Identify, report and document any additional opportunities for installation measures
- Install insulation
-Hang door, replace glass and/or window assembly
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks with the highest degree of safety
- Collaborate with office staff for scheduling follow-up visits

Requirements:
- Background in general construction (glass replacement, drywall repair/replacement, door installation and familiarity with electrical, plumbing and natural gas appliances (furnace, water heater, and stoves)
- Must pass drug and background screenings
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate and educate the customer on energy measures installed
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Document accurate and legible paperwork.

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting (doors), bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
