Pathway Health is looking for an Interim Nursing Home Administrator to join our team.

The Interim Nursing Home Administrator will perform a full range of professional interim assignments.

Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway's robust benefit package, as well as incentives!

Wage range: $40-$50 hour DOQ

Duties:

* Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing and implementing systems, processes and other training needs as requested.

* Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines

* Assist clients as requested in the selection and hiring of key management staff.

* Functions within scope of work as defined by the client

* Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

* Must be licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in WI

* Must have five years of Nursing Home Administrator experience

* Excellent leadership, communication and customer service orientation

* Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.

* Must be Flexible for travel in the state
