Dutch is Hiring an Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) Near Oakland, CA

Position Overview
The operations coordinator is a jack of all trades that has strong customer service, recruiting and analytical skills. The candidate should have a friendly and approachable disposition to help recruit vets to the platform while simultaneously troubleshooting and solving issues with our active vet roster. This role also requires analytical rigor, using data to solve complex problems around scheduling and availability while also deriving insights about vet behavior and performance. Lastly, the coordinator will help manage our bi-weekly payroll operations, working with our Head of Vet Ops to ensure we meet our budget targets.
What you'll do at Dutch:
- Performance Analysis: Manage and oversee our veterinary network by analyzing vet performance, delivering feedback and reporting out performance trends and personnel issues to management.
- Scheduling Management: Ensure that each state we operate in has maximum availability by optimizing vet schedules and managing schedule gaps at the hourly level.
- Recruiting: Own and develop the recruiting pipeline. Source, call and sign vets in mission critical states
- Training and Onboarding: Ensure that all newly signed vets are onboarded and trained by their start dates and operating autonomously on the platform.
- Payroll Administration and Support: Respond in a timely manner to vet inquiries and ensure they are supported and heard. Administer bi-weekly payouts and work with our Head of Vet Ops to hit our cost and margin targets.
- Bachelor's degree
- Min 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in telehealth or veterinary operations
- Analytical and comfortable with data and tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Excel
- Vocal communicator both in person and online via email and Slack
- Service-oriented mindset
- Experience in start-up preferred
