We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for various construction and carpentry tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance person work, trim carpentry, flooring, roofing, siding, deck building and blueprint reading. Responsibilities:

-Perform work including, deck construction, flooring, siding, roofing
- Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate custom pieces
- Construct and install cabinets, shelves, doors, and other wooden fixtures
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out structures
- Assist with water damage restoration projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in maintenance person tasks, such as painting, drywall repair, and basic electrical work
- Strong knowledge of trim carpentry techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Skilled in using power tools and other equipment safely and effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with siding installation and repair techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship

Pay: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
