Who We Are:

WDI International Inc. is a restaurant group. We have over 200 restaurants worldwide and currently have five restaurants on Oahu and one on Maui. We are looking for support with our jointly owned restaurant on Maui called Wolfgang Steakhouse. This restaurant is located at the Shops of Wailea.

Postion:

Part-time Bookkeeper/Human Resouses Assitant.

20 to 24 hrs per week.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Bookkeeper/ HR Assistant. This position will support our accounting and human resources department and assist with various financial and employee onboarding and leave tasks. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of bookkeeping principles, possess excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts receivable transactions

- Assist with onboarding of new hires

- Assit with processing termination paperwork

- Assist with Leaves documentation

- Support payroll processing

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards

- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Requirements:

- Previous experience in accounting and Human Resouces field or related field preferred. However, we are also willing to train the right candidate.

- Knowledge of basic HR and accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in using MS Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
