Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy creating delicious drinks, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register - Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Experience: - Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred - Knowledge of brewing techniques and various types of alcoholic beverages is a plus - Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions - Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests - Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
