The Goddard School® located in South Lebanon is looking for a motivated, self-starter for Curriculum Coordinator position at our School. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.

The Curriculum Coordinator's responsibilities include the following:
  • Overseeing the curriculum operations of the School, specifically focusing on educational programming, family relationship, faculty training & development, and quality assurance
  • Using a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the School for the future
  • Developing strong relationships with our families
  • Managing a supply budget
  • Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
  • Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

Qualifications:
  • Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
