Description:

Summit Air Conditioning is currently looking for an experienced talented and versatile Post Install Coordinator to join the team! This position is a high paced challenging position. Responsible for overseeing the daily data entry and scheduling of the install department. Responsibilities (including, not limited to):

• Assisting installation schedule from job sale to time of installation
• Call customers to schedule initial installation and confirm installation date day before installation
• Assist with ordering all parts and equipment for each job from our primary supplier
• Equipment registrations
• NV Energy rebates

Requirements:

• Full time Monday through Friday and some weekends.
• Must be available to work weekends
• 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts is a significant plus
• Warehouse / inventory management experience a plus
• Prior HVAC experience a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must
• Must be able to multi-task
• Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
• Determination to succeed
• Personal accountability is a necessity
• Prior experience working at an HVAC company preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
