We are seeking multiple enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Ride Attendants, Cashiers, and Maintenance personnel.

As an employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ride Attendants: Operate alpine coaster, ensuring the safety of all guests

- Ride Attendants: Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides

- Ride Attendants/Cashiers: Enforce height, weight, and age restrictions for each ride

- Ride Attendants/Cashiers: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

- Ride Attendants/Maintenance: Monitor ride equipment for any malfunctions or safety hazards

- Cashiers: Handle cash transactions for ride tickets or other purchases

- Ride Attendants/Cashiers/Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas and gift shop

- Ride Attendants/Cashiers: Assist with crowd control during peak times or special events

Requirements -

• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Ability to work well with children and provide a positive experience for young guests
• Cash handling experience is a plus (Cashiers)
• Strong conflict management skills to handle guest disputes or difficult situations
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
