Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies relevant to cybersecurity threats. Develop predictive models and algorithms to detect and mitigate potential security risks.
  2. Machine Learning Development: Design and implement machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, to improve threat detection capabilities and enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
  3. Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features from diverse data sources to improve the performance and accuracy of predictive models. Collaborate with domain experts to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of feature selection.
  4. Model Evaluation and Validation: Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the reliability and robustness of deployed solutions.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity experts, software developers, and product managers, to integrate data science solutions into our cybersecurity platform. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cybersecurity research. Explore new methodologies and techniques to continuously improve our analytical capabilities and stay ahead of emerging threats.

Qualifications

  • Professional Level English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, pytorch). Experience with Transformers greatly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
