Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfillment/Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Receiving and Inspection:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies and condition.
• Organize items for proper storage or immediate distribution.

· Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain organized storage areas using inventory management systems.

· Order Fulfillment:

• Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and generating shipping documents.

· Equipment Operation:

• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.

· Maintenance and Safety:

• Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse.

· Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of received and shipped goods, stock levels, and inventory movements.
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisor.

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Shifts/Hours:

The work schedule spans from Monday to Friday, with weekly hours fluctuating between 20 and 30 based on workload. Every two months, a container shipment is expected, necessitating additional hours for unloading. Employees will be notified one month in advance of any extra hours required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to move loaded pallets with pallet jack
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills required, including the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse or order fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central
