Job Description

The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company in St. Louis, a leader in providing quality Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance and other insurance-related products and services for lawyers, is seeking a dynamic sales professional. The Regional Sales Manager will be based in the Kansas City area and will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales plan and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is goal oriented and displays exemplary professionalism, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to develop relationships and close sales. A proven track record in professional liability insurance sales or a law degree is a plus.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of three years of insurance sales experience or experience in a law-related field is preferred.
