Responsibilities:
Looking for someone to open up and close, deal with day to day operations, a service manager that can get the techs going with jobs, handle customers and phones calls as well as order parts and create and close invoices
MUST KNOW ABOUT CARS!!!!
-Honest, trustworthy and responsible.
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Scheduling appointments/ Answering phones
- Talk to customers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare and distribute invoices to techs and customers
- Maintain filing systems and organize office documents
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with file management and recordkeeping
- Computer skills required as well as people skills (must be able to talk to customers)
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent office management skills, including resource allocation and decision-making
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Vendor management experience, including maintaining relationships
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, typing, and document preparation
