Experienced applicants are encouraged to immediately apply for a full time position as a 2ND MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST, to provide support for our Executive Medical Receptionist and other Medical Assistant Staff. You will work alongside our Executive Medical Receptionist, and manage the schedule, and coordinate day to day activities by providing direction to your Medical Assistant and Nursing Colleagues, Imaging Technologists, and Physician Assistant and Physician
The MEDICAL RECEPTION POSITION involves primarily Front Desk supportive functions, including helping to check clients in and out, facilitate and support both in office and Telemedicine evaluations, scheduling of appointments and procedures, chart preparation, prior authorization, confirmation calls, confirmation of insurance benefits, electronic filing, and some light office cleaning. The successful candidate would be joining and supporting our Executive Medical Receptionist, in this regard.
We are considering candidates with at least 1- 3 years of experience as either a Medical Receptionist with the requisite strong administrative skill-sets.
We are only considering candidates that CURRENTLY RESIDE on MAUI
Must be comfortable in the use of an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and with general information technology in a paperless system. We highly value a team player with a good work ethic, strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and an excellent attendance record.
