We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intricate jewelry designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and translating those designs into physical pieces through traditional bench jewelry techniques.

Duties:

• Fabricate jewelry pieces using traditional bench jeweler techniques, including soldering, stone setting, and polishing.
• Repair damaged jewelry by resizing, soldering, and setting stones.
• Assemble and fabricate jewelry pieces using hand and power tools.

Polish and clean jewelry to restore its original luster.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Sizing rings, adjusting necklace and bracelet

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bench Jeweler in the jewelry industry, making, repair, or fabrication.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, cutters, and files.
Familiarity with power tools for cutting, drilling.
Ability to assemble and disassemble jewelry pieces with precision.

Strong understanding of jewelry design principles, including stone setting, metalwork, and finishing techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials.

Creative mindset and ability to translate design concepts into tangible products.

Ability to multitask and manage projects within deadlines.

Ensure high quality and craftsmanship standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Provide cost estimates on designs and repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
