Legends Food and Spirits is Hiring a Bartender Near Geneva, WI

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, take orders, and handle cash transactions. Duties: - Greet customers and take drink orders - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell drink specials and promote new menu items - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of POS systems for order entry and payment processing - Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for cash handling - Ability to operate a cash register accurately - Strong sales skills to upsell drink specials and promote new menu items - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Knowledge of brewing techniques for craft cocktails or specialty drinks is a plus - Experience in banquet or food service settings is an asset We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
