We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our hotel and ensure exceptional customer service. - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing ongoing guidance
- Monitor housekeeping productivity and quality to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the breakfast team to develop and update brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
