Position Overview:

CoolDucky is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Rubber Duck Stall Attendant at Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach. As a vital member of our team, you will operate our outside, covered, and enclosed booth located on the Barefoot Boardwalk. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, sell rubber ducks, toys, and other accessories, and ensure a delightful shopping experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

2. Demonstrate and promote our range of rubber ducks, toys, and accessories.

3. Operate a simple and user-friendly POS system for transactions.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall.

5. Ensure accurate inventory management and restocking of products.

6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

7. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the booth.

8. Collaborate with team members to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and staff.

9. Uphold punctuality (making it to work on time) to ensure the stall is operational during Barefoot Landing opening hours.

**It's not that WE are sticklers, but if the booth isn't open in time for Barefoot's hours, it is a breach of contract**

Qualifications

1. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and promoting products.

5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

6. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

8. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
