Job Overview:

MRP is looking for experienced Service Administrative Specialists to join our team in Park City, Utah. In this role you will work to engage with MRP customers, biotech engineers, and the sales department within MRP. During your time at Powered by MRP you will identify products that are the best fit for current and future customers. You will sharpen your understanding of the aesthetics industry, master communication skills and conquer the opportunity to disrupt an outdated industry.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the service team in interacting with customers who need service scheduling and following up on service that is completed by the engineering department
• Communication with national and international customers via email, phone, and text
• Process paperwork (Invoices, files, purchase orders, etc)
• Asset Management, (Parts, Equipment tools, etc.) for field service
• Support with billing processes

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and complete them in a timely manner
• Must have a great attitude, work well in a team, and positively contribute to the company culture
• Must be savvy with computers, tablets, smartphones, and technology
• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of strong customer service experience
