Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Setup Staff. As an Event Setup Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:

- Ensure accuracy and full completion of set-up according to details listed in the event order in an efficient manner.
- Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Mat Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
- Dust mop and mop in sections
- Clean windows, ledges, cocktails tables, couches , bars, and shot chandeliers
- Set linens and smallwares on tables
- Scan indoor and outdoor perimeter for trash

Skills:
- Events experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees
- Hospitality experience is beneficial
- Strong public speaking skills for announcements or presentations
