We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a physical therapy office setting. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service to patients and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing

- Collect patient payments and provide receipts

- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist with medical billing and coding as needed

- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
