We are looking for a diligent and reliable Regular Warehouse Processor to join our energetic team. In this role, you will efficiently manage the flow of goods within our warehouse. Your precision and dedication to accuracy will ensure our operations run smoothly and effectively.
The Regular Warehouse Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and general warehouse duties. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Unload incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or packing lists.
Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies or defects.
Accurately log received items into the inventory system.
Pick and pack items according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Prepare and label packages for shipment, including generating shipping labels and documentation.
Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure efficient space utilization.
Update inventory records and report low stock levels to management.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping, trash removal, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure all equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, are used safely and maintained in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory movements.
Generate and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and order fulfillment status.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
