We are seeking a dynamic and experienced salesperson to lead our team in achieving business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management. This role is commission-based only for the first quarter, then it is commission plus salary.
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage overall branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize business opportunities
- Oversee customer account management and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and manage accounts effectively
*Skills:*
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong business development skills with a focus on market penetration
- Excellent negotiation abilities to secure profitable deals for the branch
- Proficiency in account management techniques to retain and grow client accounts
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services
