Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying valuable insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including executives, marketers, and product managers, to understand their data needs and deliver meaningful data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conducting data analysis, data cleaning, and data transformation tasks to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Experience in data querying, manipulation, and cleansing using SQL.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or R.
- Proven track record of working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data structures.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
