Medical Secretary / Technician Needed Our growing practice needs a motivated and reliable professional, you’ll be handling a lot of the important work that goes on to set our doctors and patients up for success.

You'll have the ability to develop your skills through on-site training, continued education, and with each patient interaction.

This position offers you an opportunity for stability with a career in healthcare. You are one of the first people to work with each patient during their appointment.

You’ll be the one that calms their nerves, gets them in a great mood, and shows them that we are there to serve them in every way we can! NO Experience Needed : Prior urology or healthcare experience is a plus, but it’s certainly not required.

We will make sure you’re totally confident working with the equipment and patients before you start handling these tasks alone! Some of your duties will include : - Taking the patient back to the exam room and verifying their medical history, documenting concerns and changes, establishing a baseline and documenting all necessary measurements - Assisting in the setup and assisting, as needed, with in-office treatments / procedures.
