Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed for housekeeping operations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures, including floor care, custodial services, and industrial cleaning
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
