We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
As a Social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and grow our online community.
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains effective.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
