Job Description
- Will implement the Experience Learning curriculum activities that promote learning and growth.
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Foster positive relationships with toddlers, parents, and caregivers, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and challenges.
- Provide regular feedback to parents on their child's development and milestones.
- Support potty training and other age-appropriate self-help skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
- Bachelor's , Associate’s degree or Early Childhood Education Credentials (ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION).
- 2 Years of experience working with toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
