Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.

Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for business growth

Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in retail sales, negotiation, and selling techniques
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
- Understanding of retail math principles
