Job Summary :

This individual will work closely with the service team to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

They will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry. Compensation will be competitive and based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service
• Schedule service appointments and maintain the service department's calendar
• Keep accurate records of customer information, service histories, and invoices
• Process and submit warranty and insurance claims
• Track and monitor service technician hours and productivity
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the service manager
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and service department supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by the service manager

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
