Commercial Glazing Foreman–$93,600-$120,000– Central Mid Atlantic

The Role

Are you an experienced field foreman or head glazier, capable of mentoring fellow team members? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Glazing Foreman to join our team and oversee our operations in storefronts and curtainwall systems. Your expertise in both fabrication and installation of commercial glass systems will be essential in delivering excellent results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will assist in field measurements.
• Will assist in metal framing fabrication.
• Will lead crew in framing and glazing installation.
• Will lead crew in safety effort.
• Will perform quality control.
• Will coordinate with crew, superintendents, project managers, and general contractors.
• Will report to superintendents and president.
• Will be responsible for production through completion.
• Will be responsible for overall project success.
• Will work with superintendents to lead glazing department.
• Will troubleshoot problems and issues on projects.

The Person

• Must have experience as a field foreman or head glazier with tradeskills in both fabrication and installation of commercial glass systems (curtainwall, storefront, punched windows).
• You should be a hard worker and dedicated.
• You should be able to lead a crew.
• You should be able to mentor installers.
• You should be able to take a project from plans to completion on time and on budget.
• You should have people skills that allow you to work successfully with crew, peers, supervisors, and clients.
• You should be detail oriented with trade skills that consistently produce a complete quality product.
