**Host/Host** **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant/hotel - Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas - Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials - Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests - Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart - Answer phone calls and provide information to callers in a professional manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations **Skills:** - Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations and guest services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns over the phone - Willingness to assist other team members as needed - Basic understanding of food service procedures and safety guidelines Join our team of hospitality professionals and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
