C Shift is Saturday/Sunday 6:00am to 6:30pm and Monday 7:30am to 8:00pm

Starting Pay is $20.25 per hour with $1.50 per hour shift differential and 12% differential

Offering attendance/retention incentives and sign on bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Instruct employee training and onboarding to include policies and procedures
• Ability to effectively train in all functions of the DC
• Ability to operate and effectively train in operation of all forklifts
• Ability to effectively train in all safety procedures
• Evaluate employee performance and learning to gauge where skills are lacking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and results oriented
• Ability to be a team player, maintain a positive attitude and lead by example
• Minimum of beginner PC skills required including understanding of Microsoft Office
• Conduct employee observations and tailor training according to findings
• Track and compile collected data
• Complete daily reporting and communicate to leadership team
• Conduct training classes from 1 trainee up to large groups
• Other duties as assigned

MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS

• 1-2 years experience in a high-volume distribution center
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to safely operate all forklifts on premises
• Ability to interact and communicate well within all levels of the organization
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
• Ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals/demands
• Ability to build relationships and communicate a message in a training environment
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 35 lbs
