Swiss Farms Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the daily operations of the store. In the absence of the GM, the Assistant Manager will handle any customer complaints or inquiries and supervise Sales Associates. The Assistant Manager helps ensure Sales Associates provide exceptional customer service.

Essential:

• To make recommendations to the GM regarding the retail sales environment that may impact the Company’s vision and mission.
• To ensure that the store properly opens on time and that all opening responsibilities are addressed, close and lock up the store.
• To assure and enforce the in-store business climate and customer service expectations from all Sales Associates by communicating, training, coaching, and leading by example.
• Assist the GM in Inventory controls (rotation, shrink, cycle counts).
• Assist the GM in understanding and remediating results from financial metrics, cash handling, reporting, and controls.
• Assist the GM with operating cost containment.
• Assist the GM with facilities management (cleanliness, signage, displays, etc.).
• Reconcile cash handling and cash counts daily reporting daily to the Corporate Staff.
• Treats everyone with respect and courtesy.
• Plus perform all duties of a Shift Supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Milmont Park, PA 19033: Relocate before starting work (Required)
