Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Package cannabis products according to company standards and state regulations.
• Label products accurately and ensure proper documentation of all packaging activities.
• Maintain inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
• Assist with order fulfillment and shipping processes, including preparing orders for distribution.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of Metrc experience.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations, particularly Metrc, is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
