Our high-volume service department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more. Service Advisors play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving revenue growth within our service department.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
  • Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
  • This multifaceted role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting our service offerings, and assisting customers in resolving inquiries and issues. Service Advisors play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving revenue growth within our service department.
Requirements - Service Advisor:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, dealership experience is preferred
  • Good computer and sales skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Team participant
  • Valid driver's license and insurable
  • High school diploma or equivalent
