Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is an important part of the Junior Achievement team as you welcome and interact with visitors, vendors, staff, students, teachers, and volunteers daily. You will work directly with the Volunteer team, managing volunteer planning and organization, resulting in the successful implementation of our programs. In addition, you will work collaboratively with Programs, Development, and Operations teams to inspire and prepare 50,000 local students to succeed in a global economy.
