AFM Trading LLC IS the leading of wholesale distributor company. We sell all kinds of merchandise from building materials, sporting goods, automotive parts and basics and active wear.

Position Summary

The Building Material Sales Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• List products on multiple marketplaces, create clothing specs, upload product photos; review, approve/revise product content for accuracy
• Merchandise incoming products and plan accordingly
• Assist with styling and photo shooting
• Research competitive listings and monitor our listings to ensure best exposure and maximum sales potential
• Provide customer service inquiries
• Assist with shipping, packing and relabeling
• Minimum 1 years' experience of various eCommerce platforms, uploading listings, customer service
• Strong interest and eye for good Merchandise
• The ability to multitask and troubleshoot
• Great attention to detail, follows-through, efficient, self-starter, highly organized, customer focused
• Experience with photo editing is a big plus

Other duties as assigned

``- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Up sell additional products or services to customers
- Operate cash register or point of sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

```Requirements:```
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills to effectively sell and communicate with customers
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
- Previous retail sales experience is beneficial
