Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Provide sales administration support, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
