If you have at least 2 years experience in graphic design and commercial sign making manufacturing and you are reliable, dependable, and looking for a job where you get to design and create unique, custom graphics for commercial signs and banners and such, and if you have experience operating UV printers, plotters and commercial-grade laser printers, then we need to talk!

Requirements for Success:

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our products and our brand
• Using established best practices and industry standards, design, create, revise, and/or customize graphics and artwork either from stock sources or original designs for customers.
• Monitor and interact, as necessary, with customers on special orders and custom designs, in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Use commercial-grade laser printer, UV printers, plotters and other machinery designed to create the actual signs and banners.
• Apply finishing products to completed products, including polyurethane and similar protectants, rivets and similar fasteners.
• Monitor supply inventory of inks, finishing products, and related maintenance-type items for all equipment used in the performance of duties, and communicate in a timely manner when supplies need re-ordered.
• Setup, operate and clean laser printer, UV printers and plotters used in the production of products.
• In the course of duties, always operate machinery and business tools, equipment and computers in a safe manner and properly report any needed repairs or malfunctions immediately to the appropriate team member(s).
• Adhere to all production schedules and target production metrics.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members.
• Respectful, courteous and positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment where priorities may change at a moment's notice. (If your response to a task is "let someone else do it" then this job is NOT for you)
• If the only "graphics" design program that you can use is Canva, this job is NOT for you.
• Other duties as assigned.
