```Duties``` - Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing - Trim trees and shrubs to maintain a neat and tidy appearance - Conduct regular groundskeeping duties including weeding, mulching, and watering - Provide tree care services such as pruning, shaping, and removal - Assist with landscape installation projects including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees - Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently - Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred - Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in lawn care operations - Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment effectively - Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and safety protocols - Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship - Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
