RN Nurse Co-ordinator Full- Time for On premises Adult Day Health Care program.

Supervise CNAs .

Maintain Registrants medical conditions, formulate Careplans, Do UAS, attain physical records from MDs to administer Nursing Treatment on a daily basis.

Minimum 1-2 year experience.

Speak Spanish or knowledge of use of language line , a plus.

Living in queens, a plus.
