Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with jewelry selection and purchases
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
