Data Manager (Billing, Payroll, and Operations)
Company Overview:We are a Maryland-based company specializing in providing home and community-based services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate and tailored care.Job Description:As the Data Manager for Billing, Payroll, and Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization's financial and operational processes. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chief Quality Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing billing, payroll, and operational data management systems. This is a remote position.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain billing, payroll, and operational data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerQuery and Power BI to analyze and interpret data, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data management.
  • Fully participate in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, with a focus on billing, payroll, or finance-related functions.
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft PowerQuery and Power BI, with demonstrated experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data management preferred.
