Job Summary:
As the Director of Housekeeping, you will lead the housekeeping operations at our NEW dual-branded Homewood Suites and Tru by Hilton property. This role demands a dynamic and passionate hospitality professional who embodies the Hilton values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and Now. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction, supporting our team to deliver Hilton’s world-renowned hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards; address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire the housekeeping team to live up to the Hilton values, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
• Financial Acumen: Manage the housekeeping budget, including labor costs and supply expenses, ensuring a balance between quality and profitability.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining the integrity of the physical property and protecting staff and guests.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and cleaning methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Community and Brand Engagement: Promote brand loyalty and community involvement, aligning with Hilton’s commitment to global hospitality and service.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping operations, particularly in a dual-branded environment.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Proficient in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
