Wood Orthodontics is Hiring an Orthodontic Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ
We are expanding our team! Looking for an Orthodontic Assistant who is able to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude. Must be an outgoing and reliable team player with a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and seat patients
- Assist the doctor chairside
- Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff
- Remove and place arch wires
- Prepare teeth for bonding procedures
- Remove braces and bond lingual retainers
- Fit and cement bands
- Take Itero and Icat scans
- Deliver aligners and bond attachments
- Take accurate impressions and pour up models
- Fabricate Essix retainers
- Sterilize instruments
- Review oral hygiene instructions
- Communicate with parents and patients regarding treatment
- Chart digitally using Dolphin software
Usual work week consists of three days. Compensation is commensurate with experience. We offer a benefits package which includes 401K, bonuses, health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and more. Please send resume for consideration. We look forward to hearing from you!
